VoCo needs microphone access to interpret your call. If you tapped "Don't allow," turn it on in your phone's Settings → Apps → VoCo → Permissions → Microphone.

VoCo needs microphone access to interpret your call. It uses the microphone only during a call. If you tapped "Don't allow," turn it on in your phone's Settings → Apps → VoCo → Permissions → Microphone, then start the call again.
You buy credit in the app and each call is billed by the minute, rounded up to the next whole minute, from that credit. AI interpretation is $0.25 per minute. A human interpreter is $1.25 per minute for Spanish and $1.75 per minute for all other languages. Billing starts when the call connects. If no interpreter joins within 3 minutes, the call ends and you pay nothing.
On the app's home screen, tap Add Funds and choose $5, $10, $25, or $100. The purchase goes through Google Play, so it uses the payment method on your Google account. Your balance updates as soon as the purchase completes.
No. VoCo works on prepaid credit with no subscription. VoCo Pro is an optional $29.99 per month plan for frequent users, with unlimited AI interpretation, transcripts of AI calls included, and lower human interpreter rates. You can manage or cancel it through Google Play.
Email support@govoco.app with the date and approximate time of the call and what happened. Our support team reviews the call record and credits your balance when a call did not work as it should. Purchases of credit packs and Pro are handled by Google Play and follow Google Play's refund process.
In the app, open Settings and choose Delete account. You can also request deletion from our account deletion page. Deleting your account removes your profile and unused credit, so use your remaining balance first if you can.
VoCo runs on Android phones with Android 8.0 or later and is available on Google Play. It is not available for iPhone today.
