1. In what languages is service available?

Here is a list of the main languages we provide now:

3. How do I send you my documents?

You can send your documents via our website http://od.multilingual-tech.com, email, fax or just simply bring them to the office. You can also submit the documents via yousendit.com, dropbox.com or any other file transfer and FTP services.

4.How is the service fee calculated?

 General documents are charged based on the word count or page count of the source language.

Business translation: prices start at US$0.15/word.

Certificate translation: prices start at US$30/page.

5.What are the payment methods you accept?

 We currently accept PayPal, wire transfer, and bank checks.

6.Do you offer certification/notarization?

Yes, we can provide complimentary certification, which includes a statement signed by a translator and stamped by the company seal, and accompanied by a photocopy of our American Translators Association (ATA) membership certificate. We can help arrange a notarization by a notary public at an additional charge (usually $30 per signature).

7. Do you accept urgent requests?

8. Do you guarantee the confidentiality of my document(s)?

Yes. A translation contract with a detailed description of the terms and conditions of our translation service is signed by both parties. We will also sign a non-disclosure agreement with all of our translators and staff. In addition, we implement rigorous privacy processes across our entire business and carry a high level of insurance for third party information protection.

9.Do you offer a discount?
